Will you SET amp be enough to drive them?
To me full range or horn are my ultimate.

Depending on the design of the baffle / crossover and the sensitivity of speaker units, a SET amp of about 10W should suffice. This level of output can be achieved by power tubes like 6C33, 211, 845 etc.
