It is the very early 50/1.4, or more precise, 5cm/1.4, standard lens from the early 50's occupied age. Clean and clear. Trace of oil on the blades but not serious. Comes with the front cap of the same time. Production quantity is ~1/10 of the Japan version. With a cheap rear cap for protection.
The Nikon M is for reference only. Not included.
In case only a user versrion is needed, I should have more for consideration.

It is a good choice if you have the adapter and use it on A7/A7R, etc.
