Leica Elmar 9cm 4.0 black paint LTM

Selling another semi rare find.  A 9cm elmar black paint.  Commonly know to be made of black paint and chrome finish. But this one is a little different in which the middle section is in nickel finish!

I never see another one like this. I really enjoy search for unique Leica lens/camera and this is one of them.  They are available with black paint and nickel but extremely rare and most Leica books didn't even mention it and all just mention they are with black paint and chrome finish.  This one is black paint, nickel and chrome.

Lens is foggy and scratched.  But asking for 1200 only....  Just a interesting piece to share with friends who you are intersted.  I do have the black paint/nickel version so I am letting this go hoping more people will look into more detail and variations in Leica collection.

I always think this 9cm f/4 ELANG/11730 has one of the prettiest looking barrels in Leica's screw-mount portfolio. At f/4 the bokeh for a portrait shot is awesome.

I have 4 copies of this lens including a nickel one, otherwise, I'll take yours without a second thought.
