Voigtlander Nikon F to L39 Adapter Rare

This is a very rare adapter by Voigtlander for use on their modern ultra-wide angle lens on L39 cameras. In box with manual as shown. A rather simple design than the F to S/C version but very high accuracy. The F to S/C version is so rare as one will need it to use the Nikon 21/4 F mount version on the Nikon S, which the S-mount version is now over US$8,000 now, if you can find one with viewfinder.
