I'm thinking 35/1.2 instead (with 0.5m)
But for new 35mm lens, this 35/1.4 lens is superior{:4_133:}

ZM 35 1.4 has been a long waited lens for Leica fans. After a day of shooting with it I can say for sure it is as good as Leica's 35 Summilux 35 1.4 FLE if not sharper. There are less fringing with the high contrast area and the image quality is on par with Leica's 35 Summilux. It is hard to say if it will replace Leica in that sense, after all Leica is Leica.
