More to come certainly.
The swimming shot was done while we were arranged to visit 金日成大学。
I have heard that North Korea has 100% literacy - not sure if it is true. But I won't be surprised that state-run education is more universal than us in the "free world".
金日成大学 should be the elite university in DPRK. Did you have a chance to talk to those students, even only in some PR show staged setting?

Likely it's true as free education is up to high school.
Uni is only for those academically qualified and free of charge.
Certainly in distant/mountain villages schooling might be a luxury.
I heard college professors are alloted good housing. It tells the government respects educationists a lot.

Some staged scenes for tourists to take pictures.
I honestly believe it does not exist elsewhere throughout North Korea.

One of my favourite shots.
When I shot it, I thought about North and South Korea.
Twins, but sadly separate.

Most of them really don't look very happy. Life seems to be hard for them.

I didn't like it.
Possibly it's due to how the travel agency arranged, however our tour was not a cheap one.
The cold noodles (tried a few times at different restaurants) and ginseng-chicken soup is just so so.
Once we returned to China around 5pm, everyone of us agreed to have a big Korean-style barbecue dinner nearby the train station.
You can see how we hungered good food after 6 days in North Korea.

After 3 days in Pyongyang, we went to 开城 for going to 板门店 the next day
We stayed in a re-built, old-style inn and had some music before dinner.
