La Pavoni is like rangefinder cameras; users and machine's interaction is essential. That is why I prefer it over other auto machines.
Less settings mean more creativities. My first La Pavoni bought 8 years ago and still making great espresso everyday.

There are a few shops selling but not cheap, I think.
Most people buy online.
A few of my friends in HK are using this and they are quite friendly and have become experts already! :-)

隻鹰是可拆下但不能用来壓咖啡粉,只是裝飾用,可以不要。 金鷹與銀為那部用料上有什麼分別? 金鷹金的部分是否銅製?銀鷹呢?

應該是銅製後電鍍金或銀
如前說,只是裝飾用,如果每日扭䦕又會幾麻煩!

師兄, 我想請教一下, 我自己都有滴冰滴, 但試了幾次出黎既效果都不太滿意, 所以想問問師兄我是否有地方出錯, 先謝。
研磨: 跟手沖的一樣
比例: 1:10
滴速: 1.5-2秒/滴
問題是這樣, 當我用淺炒的豆子, 出來的口味都是偏酸, 之後我試了中烘焙的豆子, 酸度是降低了, 但那煙燻的味道又變得強烈了, 所以想問問師兄的意見。
