Blues Harmonica
本帖最後由 bubu 於 2016-4-19 01:20 編輯Henry Chung, one of the world's premier blues harmonica players, and inducted to the Harmonica Hall of Fame, USA in 2004,
played with his band, the Spontaneous Combustion, at the FCC last Saturday.
IMHO, the improvisation of guitar (Ram Cheung), bass (Tsang Tak Hong) and drums (Joel Haggard) were great but more of jazz than blues.
That said, when Henry jammed in, the blues was authentically back to the stage.
I am pround that a HK-born Chinese plays such great mouth harp in a genre dominated by western whites and blacks.

Tsang Tak Hong on bass. ......... Ram Cheung on guitar and vocal. Joel Haggard on drums. The blues harp of Henry Chung. nice work {:5_268:} Nice pics. I am a blues fan, hence 'mojo'. Went to a popular blues bar in the States during the Christmas holidays. The band claimed "blues with a bit of rock" but in reality, a bit of rock and no trace of blues. {:5_268:} {:5_268:}{:5_268:} very nice!! {:5_268:}{:5_268:}{:5_268:}
